FAQ: billing, GDPR, export

The most common questions about plans, data protection, and exporting your data.

How much does webermap cost?

There are two plans:

• Free – no cost, ideal for trying things out, with limited AI usage.
• Pro – €9/month per person, with higher AI limits and the full feature set.

You can switch from Free to Pro and back at any time.

How does billing work?

1. In Settings → Billing, select the Pro plan.
2. Add a payment method.
3. Billing runs monthly; an invoice is available to download in the same section.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel Pro in Settings → Billing with one click. Your access stays active until the end of the paid period, after which your account continues on the Free plan. Your mindmaps are kept.

Where is my data stored?

All data is hosted and processed exclusively in the EU. webermap is designed for GDPR compliance. On request, we provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Is webermap GDPR-compliant?

Yes. We process personal data under the GDPR, host in the EU, and do not share data without a legal basis. You will find the details in our privacy policy.

Can I export my mindmaps?

Yes. Open a mindmap and choose Export. Available formats include:

• Image (PNG) for presentations
• Outline (Markdown/text) for further processing
• Structured data for backup or migration

This keeps your content portable, and it stays yours.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

When you delete your account, your mindmaps and personal data are removed from the active systems. Export any important maps first, because the action cannot be undone.
